Ang NAGBABARAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ay magsasagawa ng Early Registration para sa KINDERGARTEN, GRADE 1 at Balik-Aral/Transferee na mag-aaral ,ngayong ika- 25 ng ENERO hanggang ika- 15 ng PEBRERO 2025.

Inaanyayahan po ang mga magulang o guardian ng mga bata para magpatala:

TO ALL TEACHER I APPLICANTS OF Nagsabaran Elementary School
This is to inform everyone that we are now accepting applications for Teacher I.

Teacher Applicant shall submit to the School Head a written letter of intent addressed to:
RACHEL R. LLANA PhD, CESO V
Schools Division Superintendent
DepEd SDO Nueva Vizcaya
Through the School Head

This should be supported by the following documents:
a. PDS (CSC Form 212 (revised 2017) in 2 copies with the latest 2x2 ID picture with work experience sheet
b. Photocopy of Certificate of Eligibility/ Report of Rating
c. Photocopy of valid and updated PRC license / ID
d. Photocopy of scholastic/ academic record or the Certified copy of Transcript of Records and if available copy of Transcript of record of units earned in post graduate course
e. Certificate of employment, contract, or duly signed service record, whichever is applicable performance rating and school clearance for those with teaching experience
f. Photocopy of Certificates of training on Curriculum and Instruction acquired in the last 5 years.
g. Photocopy of the Performance Rating/s covering one year performance in the last rating period prior to the assessment, if applicable
h. Omnibus sworn Statement and Certification/ Waiver pursuant to Data Privacy Act
i. Other documents as maybe required
Means of verification (MOVs) for:
1. Outstanding accomplishments
2. Application of Education
3. Application of Learning and Development attended

All documents must be compiled in a legal sized folder, properly labeled, with table of contents and pagination.
Original copies of the above documents shall be presented to the School Screening Committee to verify and certify as to completeness, veracity, accuracy and authenticity of documents.

Applicants shall submit their pertinent documents in triplicate (3 separate folders) to the Principal's Office.
