CONGRATULATIONS! π
Barangay Aga Accredited β Level 1 Adolescent-Friendly Health Facility (AFHF)
Adolescent Friendly Health Facilities (AFHF) are safe and designated spaces created to address the specific needs of teenagers and youth. These facilities provide services, guidance, and support that promote the health, well-being, and personal development of young people in the community. The role of teenagers and youth in Teen Hubs is very important, as they are not only the beneficiaries of these programs but also active partners in shaping, improving, and sustaining them for the benefit of fellow kabataan.
In Barangay Aga, this meaningful initiative is led by our Barangay Nurse, Maβam Rachelle Joy R. Inocencio, in collaboration with the Barangay Health Workers (BHW), Barangay Officials headed by Barangay Captain Gina L. Aribbay , and the SK Council led by SK Chairman Jake P. Laman. Through their united efforts, the Teen Hub continues to serve as a welcoming and safe space where teenagers, youth, and kabataan can learn, grow, and access the support they need.
This achievement reflects the dedication, teamwork, and commitment of Barangay Aga in promoting adolescent health and empowering the youth toward a brighter and healthier future.
