✅The Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (R.A. 10175)

𝐕𝐢𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬, 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬.
