Director Reyes will take on a new role as 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐢𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐬, while Conciliator-Mediator Ravelo will be transferred to NCMB Regional Branch IX, where he will serve as 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫-𝐢𝐧-𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫. Labor relations took center stage as 𝐃𝐎𝐋𝐄 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬, 𝐈𝐧𝐜. – 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐥𝐜𝐨 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 and 𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐔 held a 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐄𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 on August 7, 2026, bringing labor and management representatives together for a focused discussion on workplace concerns and labor standards.

Serving as resource speaker, 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫-𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐫𝐧𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐦 𝐑𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨 shared practical insights on 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬 and 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬, providing participants with a clearer understanding of the principles and practices that govern the workplace. Participants deepened their understanding of effective labor-management relations during the 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐎𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 (𝐖𝐎𝐃𝐏) 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐈 conducted on August 2, 2026, at the AMQ Building, Dacudao, Davao City. The training featured discussions on 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 (𝐂𝐁𝐀) 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 and the 𝐆𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐲, two essential mechanisms in fostering harmonious workplace relations. 𝐑𝐂𝐌𝐁 𝐗𝐈 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞 𝐑. 𝐑𝐞𝐲𝐞𝐬 discussed the preparation of CBA proposals and the negotiation process, while 𝐌𝐫. 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐉𝐮𝐧 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐨, Supervising Labor and Employment Officer, shared insights on the Grievance Machinery as an effective avenue for addressing workplace concerns.

The activity forms part of 𝐍𝐂𝐌𝐁's continuing efforts to equip workers' organizations with the knowledge and practical tools needed to strengthen social dialogue, promote constructive conflict resolution, and sustain industrial peace, harmony, and productivity across workplaces.

This well-deserved designation reflects her exceptional leadership, unwavering dedication to public service, and steadfast commitment to advancing the NCMB's mission of promoting workplace harmony and industrial peace.
Prior to her assumption of this important role, she served as Officer-In-Charge of the Office of the Deputy Executive Director from January 2018 to September 2020. In October 2020, she was appointed as Deputy Executive Director IV of the Board where she led the implementation of the Board's core programs on Labor-Management Cooperation, Grievance Machinery, Voluntary Arbitration, and Conciliation-Mediation across its 17 regional branches nationwide. She began her career with the NCMB as a Senior Clerk in 1989, Supervising Labor and Employment Officer in 1997, Division Chief of the Voluntary Arbitration Division from 1998 to 2005, Conciliator-Mediator from 2005 to 2013, Technical Services Director of the NCMB-Central Office from 2013 to 2016, and to Regional Branch Director of RCMB-NCR from April 2016 to December 2017.
