In line with Executive Order No. 70 and the Whole-of-Nation Approach of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC), personnel of R-PSB Cluster 3 conducted motorcycle patrolling around the vicinity of Barangay Camansi, Toril District, Davao City. The activity aimed to enhance security measures against threats posed by Communist Terrorist Groups (CTGs), lawless armed groups, and other criminal elements, while deterring criminal activities within the area of responsibility. It also sought to intensify police visibility in support of mobile forces and police stations, thereby helping prevent criminal incidents and ensure public safety. Furthermore, the activity aimed to foster a sense of security and peace of mind among residents while encouraging community vigilance and cooperation in maintaining peace and order.

Additionally, personnel of R-PSB Cluster 3 conducted the distribution of Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials at Purok 3, Barangay Tagluno, Toril District, Davao City. The activity aimed to raise community awareness regarding Anti-Theft Law (R.A. This activity aimed to enhance security measures against threats posed by Communist Terrorist Groups (CTGs), lawless armed groups, and other criminal elements, while deterring criminal activities within the area of responsibility. It also sought to intensify police visibility in support of mobile forces and police stations, thereby preventing criminal occurrences, ensuring public safety, and fostering a sense of security among residents. In line with Executive Order No. 70 and the Whole-of-Nation Approach of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC), personnel of R-PSB Cluster 3 conducted a series of community engagement and security activities within the area of responsibility. Personnel conducted a school visitation at Tagluno Integrated School, located at Purok 3, Brgy. Tagluno, Toril District, Davao City. The activity aimed to strengthen the partnership between the school and law enforcement, promote a safe and secure learning environment, and monitor the welfare and discipline of students.

A police visibility operation was also conducted around the vicinity of Brgy. Tagluno, Toril, Davao City. The activity aimed to enhance security measures, deter the activities of lawless armed groups and other criminal elements, and prevent the occurrence of criminal activities within the area of responsibility. It further supported the efforts of mobile forces and police stations in maintaining public safety while fostering a sense of security and encouraging community vigilance and cooperation among residents.

Personnel also facilitated the recitation of the Panunumpa sa Watawat ng Pilipinas among the students of Tagluno Elementary School at Purok 5, Brgy. Tagluno, Toril District, Davao City. The activity promoted patriotism, discipline, and respect for the national flag, emphasizing the importance of love, loyalty, and devotion to the Philippines.

Furthermore, personnel conducted a joint checkpoint operation in coordination with Police Station 8 and Task Force Davao (TF Davao) personnel at Barangay Sirawan, Toril District, Davao City. The operation was conducted to deter criminal activities, prevent the movement of lawless elements and other criminal offenders, and enforce applicable traffic laws. Personnel checked drivers' licenses, vehicle registration, and required safety equipment, including helmets and seatbelts. The operation also supported efforts to identify wanted persons, detect prohibited items and other unlawful activities, and ensure public safety through visible law-enforcement presence.

In line with Executive Order No. 70 and the Whole-of-Nation Approach of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC), personnel of R-PSB Cluster 3 Conducted a visitation at Barangay Tagluno, Toril District, Davao City, as part of efforts to support the Anti-Criminality Campaign. The purpose of the activity was to strengthen the partnership between the police and the community, enhance police visibility, and foster collaboration in crime prevention initiatives. It also aimed to promote mutual trust and cooperation between law enforcement and local residents to help maintain peace and order in the barangay.

Attended the Regular Barangay Session presided by Hon. John Gil Pombo, Punong Barangay together with the Barangay Councils at Barangay Hall, Brgy Tagluno, Toril District, Davao City. Topic discuss regarding the issues and concern of their Barangays, People's Organization, PBRAP , their peace and order situation and for the updates of QIP Solar lights. This activity aims to show support for the activities of the said Barangay and promote culture of security.

Conducted dialogue with Ms. Marlie Hernando, Barangay Health Worker (BHW)at Brgy, Tagluno, Toril District, Davao City. regarding the Yakap Program. During the discussion, she explained that the program focuses on promoting the health and well-being of mothers and young children through proper nutrition, regular check-ups, and immunization. She highlighted the important role of BHWs in educating parents, monitoring children’s growth, and providing basic health services in the community.

Bacalso, Barangay Chairman of Daliaon Plantation, wherein they discussed matters concerning the maintenance of peace and order, community safety, and security measures within the barangay. The activity aimed to strengthen coordination with barangay officials, support ongoing community initiatives, and promote a culture of security among residents.

Likewise, personnel initiated a dialogue with Hon. Alberto I. Sitoy II, Barangay Kagawad, at Purok 3, Barangay Daliaon Plantation, focusing on peace and order concerns and appropriate security measures within the community. The engagement served to foster good rapport and strengthen cooperation between law enforcement personnel and barangay officials in addressing community safety concerns.

In line with Executive Order No. 70 and the Whole-of-Nation Approach of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC), personnel of R-PSB Cluster 3 conducted a series of community engagement activities within the area of responsibility in Barangay Tagluno, Toril District, Davao City.

Personnel conducted a school visitation at Tagluno Elementary School, located at Purok 3, Barangay Tagluno. The activity aimed to strengthen the relationship between the school and law enforcement, promote a safe and secure learning environment, and monitor the welfare and discipline of students within the area of responsibility.

A pulong-pulong with Grade 6 students was also conducted at Purok 3, Barangay Tagluno. The activity focused on encouraging the youth to actively participate in sports as a positive and healthy alternative to drug use. The gathering also aimed to raise awareness regarding the harmful effects of illegal drugs while promoting discipline, teamwork, healthy habits, and personal development among the youth.

Personnel likewise provided area security during the Indigenous Peoples (IP) Day celebration held in Barangay Tagluno. The security team maintained police visibility throughout the event, monitored the surrounding area, ensured the safety and security of participants and organizers, and remained ready to address potential security concerns to help ensure that the activity was conducted peacefully and orderly.

As part of the Anti-Criminality Campaign, personnel conducted a community visitation in Barangay Tagluno to strengthen police-community relations, enhance police visibility, and encourage active community participation in crime prevention efforts. The activity also promoted mutual trust, cooperation, and coordination between law enforcement personnel and local residents in maintaining peace and order in the barangay.

Furthermore, the newly assigned RPSB PNP personnel paid a courtesy call to Hon. Gil John Pombo, Punong Barangay of Barangay Tagluno. The courtesy call served as an expression of respect and appreciation for the warm welcome extended to the newly assigned personnel and provided an opportunity to establish stronger coordination and cooperation between the police and the barangay leadership.
