𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙜𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙊𝙪𝙧 𝙉𝙚𝙬𝙡𝙮 𝙋𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙂𝘼𝙋-𝘾𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙚𝙙 𝙐𝙧𝙗𝙖𝙣 𝙁𝙖𝙧𝙢𝙨!

The Department of Agriculture RFO XI, through the National Urban and Peri-Urban Agriculture Program (NUPAP), proudly congratulates 𝗕𝗶𝗼𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗺𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 and 𝗖𝗮𝗴𝗮𝗽𝗲'𝘀 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗽 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝘀, both located in 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗼 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗗𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲, for successfully earning their 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 (𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗚𝗔𝗣) 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 from the Bureau of Plant Industry (BPI).
