Mabini National High School - unofficial DepEd - Mabini National High School a Secondary Public High School located at Bangkal, Davao City 8023 The School Heads are Ida Eramis and Deody P.

Mabini National High School is located in Km.6, Narra Street, Bangkal, Davao City. It is a public secondary school serving at least seven barangays. It was establish in 1981 as an annex of Talomo Barangay High School due to the increased in enrollment. Two classes were opened, one (1) class for first year with fifty nine (59) students and another class for second year with twenty nine (29) student

s, with total of eighty eight (88) students. The classes were held under temporarily sheds within the ground of Mabini Elementary School. Most of the teachers were coming from the elementary with only one (1) secondary teacher who served as the Assistant Principal. The school was supervised by the Principal of Mabini Elementary School. Salvosa from 1981- 2002. Officer in Charges for the period of 2002 – 2004 are Wilfredo Faustorilla, Lorna Frias, Nelia de Guia and Leonila Thelma Liberato respectively. The later Principals are Pio Melancolico, Mary Jean A. Abadia and Bernice C. Caňedo, Principal II from 2012 - 2016 and the returned of Sir Pio E.Melancolico 2016 to present. The school was legislated in 1984, just after three (3) years of its establishment due to the efforts of the local officials who painstakingly made representations and follow-ups in Congress for its approval.
