KNOW THESE RED FLAGS TO AVOID BEING SCAMMED:

⚠️ "Recruit 3 people and earn ₱50,000" – Pay-for-recruitment is a classic pyramid scheme.

⚠️ No real product or service – Just money moving between people.

⚠️ High entry fee – Mandatory purchase before you can earn.

⚠️ Unrealistic returns – 10%–50% monthly with "zero risk."

⚠️ Vague or secret business model – Hard to explain where money comes from.

KEY DIFFERENCE:

✅ Legitimate business – Income comes from selling real products/services.

❌ Pyramid scheme – Income comes almost entirely from recruiting new members.

PRO 11 urges the public to be cautious and report suspicious activities to the nearest police station.

The Police Regional Office 11 (PRO 11) informs the public of the recent updates to the list of dangerous drugs as adopted by the Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB) per DDB Regulations No. 2, 3, & 4, Series of 2026:

✅ NEW SUBSTANCE 1: N-DESETHYL ETONITAZENE – DDB Regulation No. 2, s. 2026

✅ NEW SUBSTANCE 2: N-PYRROLIDINO ISOTONITAZENE – DDB Regulation No. 3, s. 2026

✅ NEW CANNABINOID: MDMB-FUBINACA – DDB Regulation No. 4, s. 2026

The public is reminded to strictly comply with these regulations. The possession, use, sale, or distribution of these substances is prohibited by law and shall be dealt with accordingly.

✅ Inclusion of MDMB-Fubinaca as a Dangerous Drug – Adopted June 23, 2026 per DDB Reg. No. 4, s. 2026.

PUBLIC ADVISORY | PRO 11 Highlights PhilHealth Enrollment for Former Rebels Under Sanglahi Bravo

The Police Regional Office 11 (PRO 11), through Sanglahi Bravo and in support of the Task Force Balik-Loob, continues to facilitate the reintegration of former rebels (FRs) by connecting them with vital government services.

BENEFITS AND ASSISTANCE TO FORMER REBELS:

✅ PhilHealth Enrollment under the PAMANA-PhilHealth Program – A sponsored program with one-year validity and open for renewal, subject to availability of funds. Availment of insurance will be guided by the PAMANA-PhilHealth Sponsored Program guidelines issued by PhilHealth and OPAPRU (The Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity). This insurance applies to those not covered by other sponsored programs of PhilHealth.

This initiative ensures that former rebels and their families have access to healthcare services as they rebuild their lives and reintegrate into their communities.

The Police Regional Office 11 (PRO 11) reminds the public to be aware of crimes against property—unlawful acts that take or damage someone else's property.

COMMON CRIMES AGAINST PROPERTY:

🔹 Theft – Taking someone else's property without permission.

🔹 Burglary – Entering a building without permission to commit a crime or theft.

🔹 Robbery – Taking property from a person using force, threats, or intimidation.

🔹 Carnapping – Taking a motor vehicle without permission.

🔹 Malicious Mischief – Intentionally damaging someone else's property.

WHY IT IS IMPORTANT: Crimes against property cause financial loss, fear, and insecurity. They affect everyone and hurt our community.

HOW TO AVOID:

✅ Lock your homes, vehicles, and offices.

✅ Do not leave valuables unattended.

✅ Be alert and report suspicious persons or activities.

REPORT IT! If you are a victim or witness to a crime against property, report it immediately. Contact the nearest Police Station or call 911 Hotline.
