𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝟯 | 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗔 𝗕𝗜𝗔𝗢 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗛 𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗣 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

The final day of the 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗕𝗶𝗮𝗼 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 was filled with excitement, teamwork, and unforgettable memories as participants took part in the much awaited 𝗧𝗘𝗔𝗠 𝗕𝗨𝗜𝗟𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦. Through various challenges and games, the youth demonstrated cooperation, trust, communication, and unity, proving that success is best achieved when people work together toward a common goal.

One of the most enjoyable moments of the day was the 𝗕𝗢𝗢𝗗𝗟𝗘 𝗙𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧, where participants gathered together to share a meal, strengthen friendships, and celebrate the bonds they had built throughout the three-day camp. It was a simple yet meaningful activity that reflected the spirit of camaraderie and togetherness among the youth.

To conclude the camp, a 𝗔𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗚𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗢𝗙 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗭𝗘𝗦 ceremony was held to recognize the outstanding performances, achievements, and active participation of the campers throughout the event. The recognition served as a reminder that dedication, teamwork, leadership, and perseverance are qualities worth celebrating.

As the curtains close on the 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗕𝗶𝗮𝗼 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to all participants, facilitators, volunteers, sponsors, barangay officials, and everyone who contributed to the success of this meaningful activity. May the lessons learned, friendships formed, and experiences gained continue to inspire our youth to become responsible leaders and active partners in community development.

The evening came alive with excitement, confidence, and celebration as participants gathered for the much-awaited 𝗦𝗢𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗡𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧, one of the highlights of the 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗕𝗶𝗮𝗼 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲. The event showcased the talents, charisma, intelligence, and leadership potential of our youth through the prestigious 𝗠𝗿. & 𝗠𝘀. 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 pageant.

The afternoon session of the camp was marked by the successful conduct of the 𝗞𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗣𝗨𝗡𝗔𝗡 𝗡𝗚 𝗞𝗔𝗕𝗔𝗧𝗔𝗔𝗡 (𝗞𝗞) 𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗟𝗬, spearheaded by the SK Officials of Barangay Matina Biao. The assembly provided an avenue for the youth to actively participate in discussions, raise concerns, and take part in shaping programs and initiatives that will benefit the young people of the community.

A significant highlight of the assembly was the election of the new KK Officers who will serve as representatives of the youth sector. Congratulations to the newly elected officers:

The second day of our camp was filled with learning, inspiration, and empowerment as we successfully conducted our 𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗗𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣 𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚, discussed by 𝗛𝗢𝗡. 𝗔𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗡 𝗝𝗛𝗢𝗡 𝗣𝗘𝗖𝗔𝗦𝗜𝗢𝗡, 𝗟𝗣𝗧. Through his valuable insights and experiences, our young leaders gained knowledge and motivation to become responsible, active, and effective leaders in their community.

To keep the energy high and the spirits stronger, the 𝗦𝗞 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 distributed snacks to all participants. This simple gesture reminded everyone that leadership is not only about guiding others but also about caring for and supporting one another.

From the arrival of the participants, the filling out of parents’ consent, waivers, and attendance marked the beginning of an exciting and meaningful journey for every camper.

The responders of 𝗕𝗿𝗴𝘆. 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮 𝗕𝗶𝗮𝗼, headed by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗥𝗼𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝘁𝗲𝗷𝗮𝗻𝗼, conducted an informative discussion about 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 (𝗕𝗟𝗦) and 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, equipping the youth with valuable knowledge and life-saving skills.

After the discussion,𝗦𝗞 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗘𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗙. 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗼 oriented the campers regarding the house rules to ensure safety, discipline, and unity throughout the camp.

The energy continued as the 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗬𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 officially started, followed by the highly anticipated 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 where participants showcased their talents, teamwork, confidence, and creativity.

Indeed, Day 1 was filled with learning, excitement, leadership, and camaraderie.

The SK Officials remain fully committed to making this 3-𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐇 𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐏 a safe, meaningful, and unforgettable experience for every participant. This activity is open to all youth ages 15–30 years old who are willing to participate, learn, build friendships, strengthen teamwork, and grow together through various camp activities and experiences.

Recently, we have received several inquiries and comments regarding participants who are 14 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐰 but are also eager and interested to join the camp. After careful discussion, consideration, and approval by the SK Officials, we have decided to 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐬 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥.

However, in accordance with the safety protocols and protection of minors, all participants aged 14 years old and below are also required to submit a signed 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭/𝐆𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦 before they can officially join the camp. This serves as proof that their parents or guardians are fully informed and have granted permission for their participation in all camp-related activities.

The decision and 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐫 𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧 shall serve as the 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐬 for the 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐭’𝐬 𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 to attend the 3-𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐇 𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐏.

From that moment, the challenge begins building teamwork, proving resilience, and showing the spirit that defines every Matinains.
