The Office of the City Environment and Natural Resources was originally created as an Ad Hoc City Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) in the City of Davao by virtue of Executive Order No. 6 signed by His Honor, Rodrigo R. The creation was in compliance with Sections 16 and 17 of Republic Act No. 716 otherwise known as the "Local Government Code of 1991" which provides that within thei
