Interested applicants may now register and submit their applications from April 21-30, 2025 through the eScholar App at:

How to Create an Account:
1. Visit 👉 https://ebsu-escholar.davaocity.gov.ph/
2. Click “Login” at the upper right corner.
3. Select “Create Account” if you don’t have one yet.
4. Complete the registration form with accurate information.
5. Check your email for a system-generated link.
6. Click the link to set your password, then click “Save profile” to finalize your account creation.
7. Log in to your account to start your application.
