The Santo Tomas Youth Development Office, in partnership with the Municipal Accounting Office, successfully held the “Enhancing Accountability and Building Financial Integrity” Training from July 8 to 11, 2025.

This four-day training aimed to strengthen the financial management capabilities of Sangguniang Kabataan Chairpersons, SK Treasurers, and Budget Monitoring Officers. It provided essential knowledge and skills to enhance the accuracy and transparency of their financial reports, which are submitted to the Commission on Audit (COA).
