The Office of Civil Defense Region XI (OCD XI) and the Regional Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council Region XI (RDRRMC XI) conferred Certificates of Appreciation upon the National Bureau of Investigation Region XI (NBI XI) during the NDRM 2026 Regional Culmination and Recognition Ceremony, held on 29 July 2026 at the SMX Convention Center, Davao City, in recognition of its invaluable contributions and selfless service during the ๐Œ๐๐‚๐€ ๐€๐ฆ๐ž๐ฃ๐š๐ซ๐š ๐ˆ๐ง๐œ๐ข๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ and the ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ“ ๐Œ๐š๐ง๐š๐ฒ ๐ƒ๐จ๐ฎ๐›๐ฅ๐ž๐ญ ๐„๐š๐ซ๐ญ๐ก๐ช๐ฎ๐š๐ค๐ž response operations.

๐ƒ๐ซ. ๐‚๐ก๐š๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐š ๐‚.๐™. ๐‹๐š๐›๐ซ๐š๐๐จ๐ซ of the NBI Disaster Victim Identification (DVI) Division, together with the Department of the Interior and Local Government Region XI (DILG XI), served as resource speakers during the Management of the Dead and Missing Persons Basic Training Course held on July 8โ€“10, 2026, at the Municipal LGU Training Center, Maniki, Kapalong, Davao del Norte.

The training provided participants with essential knowledge and practical techniques on the proper management, documentation, and identification of the dead and missing persons during emergencies and disaster incidents, strengthening local disaster preparedness, inter-agency coordination, and emergency response capabilities.
