On April 16, 2026, Team City 1, led by CPPO Grace B. Castillo under the guidance of Regional Director Benjamin C. Cutay, Jr., successfully conducted a skills training workshop for LEAP participants.
The activity equipped clients with practical knowledge in producing detergent powder, dishwashing liquid, and fabric conditioner skills that are not only useful for daily living but also offer opportunities for small-scale livelihood and income generation.
The training was made possible through the support of the City Cooperative Development Office (CCDO) of the City Government of Davao, led by Ms. Edna Haspe, CLTC Head, who facilitated the session and shared her expertise with the participants.
This initiative forms part of the ๐๐ข๐ฏ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ก๐จ๐จ๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐๐๐๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ ๐ซ๐๐ฆ (๐๐๐๐), which aims to empower probationers and parolees by enhancing their self-sufficiency, productivity, and readiness for community reintegration.
