Barangay General Malvar 7-A THE BARANGAY COUNCIL

The Barangay Government is divided between the Executive and Legislative.

MISSION STATEMENT "To initiate a development that put Barangay 7-A’s constituents the central focus in an ecologically balanced development where they enjoy long, healthy, happy and rewarding lives." The Punong Barangay (Barangay Captain) in the person of Joseph Orilla serves as the Chief Executive while the Sangguniang Barangay (Barangay Council) acts as the legislature comprising of Kagawads (Councilors) with the Barangay Captain acting as the Presiding Officer.
