We are pleased to announce that regular face-to-face classes will resume on Monday, October 20, 2025, following thorough safety assessments and consultations with local authorities. The previously implemented modular, asynchronous, or blended learning modalities, enacted on October 15, 2025, are hereby lifted.

The safety and stability of our community remain our top priority. After careful evaluation of structural integrity, utility restoration, and seismic activity reports, we confirm that schools are safe for the return of all learners and personnel.

Teaching and non-teaching personnel are required to report onsite beginning October 20, 2025, to resume regular operations. Teachers are directed to facilitate a smooth transition back to in-person learning, address any gaps from the interim period, and ensure all learners receive necessary academic support.

We extend our deepest gratitude to everyone for your resilience, cooperation, and adaptability during this challenging time. Let us continue to prioritize safety by adhering to emergency protocols, staying informed through official channels, and supporting one another as we reconnect in our classrooms.

To safeguard the welfare of all students due to the recent twin tremors and its aftershocks, DepEd Davao City Division will implement MODULAR, AND ASYNCHRONOUS or BLENDED LEARNING starting tomorrow, October 15, 2025 until further notice.

Teaching personnel are not required to report onsite, while non-teaching personnel shall continue to report to ensure the continuity of essential school operations.

Teachers are also directed to monitor the conduct of blended learning, ensure the continuity of learning activities, and provide necessary learner support.

Let us remain vigilant and prioritize our safety while continuing our pursuit of learning.

🛠️ Safety First at Soledad R. Duterte National High School 🏫✨

Earlier today, the Davao City - City Engineering Office conducted an inspection and assessment of our school buildings to ensure the safety and readiness of our facilities.

The inspection was assisted by our School DRRM Focal Persons, Sir Ryan Mark Manzano and Sir Dexter Pinggoy, together with our School Head, Ma’am Maria Teresa B. Carbon. 💪

We are happy to share that the result of the assessment shows that our school buildings are safe to use. ✅

At Soledad R. Duterte National High School, the safety and well-being of our students, teachers, and non-teaching personnel will always be our top priority. ❤️

Soledad R. Duterte National High School would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Barangay Captain Ricky “Eking” Liparanon and the Barangay Council of Baliok for their initiative in cementing the pathway at the school entrance.

This area used to be a rainwater catch basin, making it difficult—and sometimes unsafe—for students to pass, especially during rainy days. With your help, our learners can now walk safely and comfortably to school.

✨📖 Launching of ARAL-Reading Program at SRDNHS 📖✨

Soledad R. Duterte National High School proudly launched the Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning (ARAL-Reading) Program, a DepEd initiative under RA 12028 that aims to help learners in Grades 1–10 improve their reading skills based on their actual reading level.

The launching was led by our beloved School Principal, Ma’am Maria Teresa B. Carbon, together with our dedicated ARAL Program Tutors. ❤️ Teachers also give their support by conducting tutoring sessions in the ICT Laboratory and Reading Center during the free time of ARAL tutors.

This program is a big step in making sure every learner gets the chance to strengthen their reading skills and build a brighter future. 🌟

🏆 SRDNHS Athletes Shine at Cluster 2 Meet!

We are beyond proud to announce that Soledad R. Duterte National High School ranked 3rd overall in the recently concluded Cluster 2 Meet, competing against eight strong schools!

Despite being newly transferred to Cluster 2 and having limited training facilities, our Soledarian athletes showed courage, skill, and determination. Among the victorious teams are Taekwondo, Billiards, Swimming, and Sepak Takraw, proving that passion and hard work can overcome any challenge.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to our dedicated principal, Ma’am Maria Teresa B. Carbon, for her unwavering support; our amazing coaches for their effort and guidance; our Parents-Teachers Association for their financial assistance; our Marketing and Kitchen Team for fueling our athletes with good food; and to our faculty, staff, SSLG officers, and the entire Soledarian community for rallying behind our champions.
