Key Milestones:
Founded KAPATID (2022): Established an NYC-registered, youth-led literacy movement driving grassroots initiatives such as the Summer Literacy Camp, Project SARAP, Project KaBaNaTa and more.
Inclusive & Specialized Outreach: Extended reading access and community outreach to marginalized groups, including Indigenous Peoples, orphans (Field of Dreams Foundation), and PDLs (BJMP-Davao City Female Jail Facility - ALS).
Major Awards & Recognition: Named Division and Region AGILA Winner (2024), CSC XI Pagasa Award Regional Winner (2025), and Metrobank Outstanding Filipinos National Qualifier (2025) as the sole secondary educator representative from Davao City.
Multi-Platform Teaching: Expanded educational reach through radio/TV instruction, tailored modules for learners with special needs, and cross-sectoral partnerships with LGUs and parents.
Sustained Innovations:
Project IM-FIRST: Developed a research-backed reading remediation program adopted across Davao City schools to restructure text layouts for struggling readers.
DREAM: Integrated visual syntactic formatting with Developed Reading Enhancement and Advancement Materials to boost reading speed, comprehension, and learner engagement.
ILAW & QEFA: Championed community-driven literacy and educational quality initiatives to drive sustainable reading advancement, feeding program and equitable learning access.
