𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗠𝗢𝗔 𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗕𝗘𝗧𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗡 𝗧𝗘𝗦𝗗𝗔 𝗫𝗜 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗕𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗚𝗔𝗬 𝗧𝗜𝗕𝗨𝗡𝗚𝗖𝗢

The TESDA Regional Office XI and Barangay Tibungco, together with the implementing institution, RTC-KPVTC, Davao, formalized it's partnership through the Ceremonial signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) last August 12, 2026, at the Session Hall of Barangay Tibungco, Davao City.

The MOA and MOU Signing was made between Punong Barangay Merjade D. Calvo and TESDA XI Regional Director Tarhata S. Mapandi, CESO III, represented by Engr. Constantino B. Panes, Jr., Ed. D., TESDA Provincial Office, represented by Sir Francis Rey Q. Buñawan, and RTC-KPVTC, Davao, represented by Engr. Jayson P. Lolo, together with Mr. Bon Angelo L. Renos, Mr. Nelson Z. Embat, Mr. Edison C. Tasic, and Mr. Jay Mark B. Nuevo and witnessed by the Members of the Barangay Council and TESDA Personnel.

This partnership provides a Mobile Training Program that equips qualified learners with the necessary skills to meet industry demands and workforce requirements for future employment.

𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | The BLGU—Barangay Tibungco successfully conducted the Dengue Awareness Orientation, in line with the Dengue Awareness Month last June 2026, with the theme “𝗭𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗗𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘀 – 𝗔 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗪𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗧𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟯𝟬", spearheaded by the Committee Chair on Health and Sanitation Kgd. Robert II B. Calvo, held on July 17, 2026 at the Training Hall Barangay Tibungco, Davao City.

This orientation aims to equip our health workers/ anti dengue task force with vital information to eradicate and lessen the cases of dengue, and be knowledgeable about the mitigating ways and means toward a safer and healthier community.

The BLGU—Barangay Tibungco, under the leadership of Punong Barangay Merjade D. Calvo, once again received a recognition from the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Davao City during the Capacity Enhancement and Awarding Ceremony of the Barangay Peace and Order Council (BPOC) and Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC), held on July 17, 2026, at Mergrande Ocean Resort, Davao City.

Barangay Tibungco was honored to be recognized as one of the Highly Functional Barangay Peace and Order Councils (BPOC) and Highly Functional Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Councils (BADAC) in Davao City.
