Congratulations to all members of SABACA (Samahang Bahaghari ng Cabantian) for the successful celebration of our event, "Empowering Communities, Celebrating Identities."

Your dedication, unity, and commitment to promoting inclusivity and equality continue to inspire our community.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Cabantian for their unwavering support and partnership in making this event a success.

Special thanks as well to our Barangay Captain, Nilo Cabiles, for his leadership, encouragement, and support for initiatives that empower and uplift every member of our community.
