𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: The Professional Regulation Commission Regional Office XI (PRC XI) welcomed September at full pace, administering three consecutive and simultaneous licensure examinations and a technical evaluation within the first week of the month. Through the first week of September, PRC XI administered the rescheduled Psychometricians Licensure Examination and Psychologists Computer-Based Licensure Examination on 01–02 September 2026 and, most recently, the Librarians Computer-Based Licensure Examination on 03-04 September 2026. Running alongside these examinations was the Technical Evaluation for Professional Mechanical Engineers, conducted from 01–03 September 2026.

The licensure examinations for psychologists, psychometricians, and librarians were conducted at various testing venues across Davao City. The test questionnaires for the respective examinations were prepared by their corresponding Professional Regulatory Boards.

Meanwhile, the Professional Regulatory Board of Mechanical Engineering, composed of Chairperson Hon. Rodulfo L. Tablante and Members Hon. Manuel T. Paulino and Hon. Ramon F. Solis visited the PRC XI Regional Office to personally administer the Technical Evaluation for Professional Mechanical Engineers. The Technical Evaluation is another important stage in the professional development of licensed mechanical engineers looking to advance their practice and qualify as Professional Mechanical Engineers (PMEs). This pathway gives mechanical engineering practitioners the opportunity to further demonstrate and deepen their technical expertise in the field.

𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊: The Professional Regulation Commission Regional Office XI (PRC XI) successfully conducted the two-day Nurses Licensure Examination on 29-30 August 2026. A total of 2,567 aspiring nurses underwent the examinations at various testing venues across Davao City.

The test questions were prepared by the Professional Regulatory Board of Nursing: Chairperson Hon. Leah Primitiva S. Paquiz and Members Hon. Mila Delia M. Llanes, Hon. Zenaida C. Gagno, Hon. Elsie A. Tee, Hon. Mary Grace C. Lacanaria, Hon. Josefina A. Tuazon, and Hon. Merle L. Salvani. Pursuant to PRC Resolution No. 2113, series of 2026, the target date for the release of examination results is on 18 September 2026.

August 2026 Licensure Examination for Criminologists Results Released in Twenty-One (21) Working Days

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announces that 16,952 out of 29,452 passed the Licensure Examination for Criminologists given by the Board of Criminology last August 2026 in 32 testing centers all over the Philippines. The results of examination with respect to five (5) examinees were withheld pending final determination of their liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examinations.

The members of the Board of Criminology who gave the licensure examination are Hon. Ramil G. Gabao, Chairman; Hon. Lani T. Palmones and Hon. Warren M. Corpuz, Members.

The results were released in twenty-one (21) working days from the last day of examination.

Starting October 12, 2026, registration for the issuance of Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration will be done on-line. Please visit the official PRC website (www.prc.gov.ph) and follow the instructions for registration. Those who will register are required to bring the following: 1) Screenshot of system-generated Registration Form; 2) valid government-issued ID. Successful examinees should personally register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The dates and venues for the oathtaking ceremonies of the new successful examinees in the said examination WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER.

Online Oathtaking of the New Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) informs the new Real Estate
Brokers and Salespersons that the conduct of the online mass oathtaking will be
on September 18 and 30, 2026, at 10:00 A.M., which will be spearheaded by PRC
Pagadian via Microsoft Teams.
Inductees shall wear formal or business attire and use a white backdrop (white
physical or virtual background) throughout the oathtaking ceremony.

select “e-OATH” as transaction. Inductees are required to print the "OATH OF
PROFESSIONAL" form downloadable from the PRC official website under PRC
Online Services.
