A queery from Narisa U. Quitoy of Purok 2 , Bulak, Dauin Neg. Or.
Good day, Vice Mayor.
I am writing as a concerned resident of Prk. 2, Brgy. Bulak regarding the long-standing water supply problem in our barangay. This issue has persisted for several years, and despite repeated concerns, it remains unresolved.
The lack of reliable water access is no longer just an inconvenience—it is a serious problem affecting our daily living, health, and sanitation. Water is a basic necessity, and it is deeply concerning that our barangay (particularly our Purok) continues to face this situation without a clear and lasting solution.
We sincerely ask for any updates, interventions, or plans that could lead to a long-term solution.
We are hopeful that your leadership will prioritize this matter and bring the attention it urgently needs.
Thank you for your time, and we look forward to your prompt response.
Respectfully,
Narisa U. Quitoy

Dear Hon. Truita,
Good day!
This is in response to the inquiry of a resident from Barangay Bulak Ms. Nerisa U. Quitoy regarding the Municipality’s plans to improve the water system in the said barangay.
We would like to inform you that the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) has allocated an amount of Five Million Pesos (₱5,000,000.00) for the improvement of the water system in Barangay Bulak. The proposed plan involves conveying water from the identified water source located in Bidjao , Magsaysay , this municipality down to Barangay Bulak.
At present, the Municipality is in the process of conducting the bidding for the required materials. The necessary documents are now prepared and scheduled for posting to invite prospective bidders. Implementation of this project is targeted within the months of April and May.
In addition, the Provincial Government has allocated Fifteen Million Pesos (₱15,000,000.00) for a separate waterworks project, which will cover the area from Magsaysay down to Barangay Bulak. The plans and design for this project have already been completed, and implementation is expected to commence at the soonest possible time.
Rest assured that these initiatives are being undertaken to address the water supply concerns of Barangay Bulak and to ensure a more reliable and sustainable water system for its residents.
