Dassun National High School Dance Sports team soar high!

Dassun National High School dancers made a remarkable feat in the Dance Sports competition during the Municipal Meet, held at Gadu National High School, November 17-18, 2025.

Newly formed dance troupe of Dassun National High School made a historical milestone as they take their way to the semi-finals and finals respectively.

Wenzvae Galay, Marlen Ferrer, RJ Balisi and Rick Andrei Bosi showcased their gracefulness and poise during the contest.

The group was coached by the graceful dancer herself Ma'am Jenny-Ann Pascua Roca.

Dassun National High School placed 3rd in the Bayle sa Abayaw 2025.

Dassun National High School once again notch a placement in the recently held activity in the 174th Founding Anniversary celebration of the Aggao na Solana-Bayle na Abayaw.

The school bagged Third Place in the said activity participated Nine Secondary schools in the Municipality.

This is just a manifestation that our students are not just academically inclined but also excel in other extra curricular activities such like this.

This will not be realized if not without the support of our supportive parents, Barangay Officials, School administrators and teachers headed by our amiable School Head Madam Shirley D.Catubag

Recognition will also be given to the proud coaches Sir Jeffrey B. Bancud, Arnold Orbita, Arlyn Dayag Lucina and Leizel Retutal Cammayo , and to the trainers who works double time 'til late night practice.

It's July and its NUTRITION MONTH!

Dassun National High School joins the nation in the annual celebration of Nutrition Month with the theme: "Sa PPAN: Sama-sama sa Nutrisyong Sapat Para sa Lahat."

In connection to this, the Technology and Livelihood Education department headed by their Coordinator Mrs.Jenalyn A Cagurangan prepared engaging activities that students as well as teacher advisers engaged into such as Cookfest, Slogan Making Contest, Poster Making Contest and the much anticipated Jingle Contest.

The activity was realized and supported by the amiable and dynamic school head Mrs. Shirley D. Catubag.

Dassun National High School holds first General SPTA Assembly last July 17, 2025 at the school gymnasium.

The said assembly meeting highlights the accomplishments of the SPTA's Program Projects and Activities last school year.

The general assembly was spearheaded by the school adminstration of the school admin Shirley D. Catubag with the support of the SPTA Officers through its President Bobby G. Cordova.

To the parents and guardians, our deepest appreciation to your time and support to our dear school-Dassun National High School.

Its July 2025 and its PCR Month!

As the celebration of the Poliice Community Relations Month, Personnels from the Philippine National Police- Solana Police Station made rounds in the different schools in the municipality.

The said PNP personnels attended the flag ceremony at Dassun National High School, July 21, 2025.

This has been made possible through the initiative of the Chief of Police of Solana MPS PLTCOL. Stanley G. Banan stressing on the importance of the police visibility within the community.

PCR Officer Malazzab also discussed that they will also apprehend those minors driving motorcycles without helmet, unregistered motorcycyle units and those that do not possess drivers license.

As the new school year commences, Grade 7 students, parents and transferees underwent an orientation program spearheaded by the Guidance Office through Ma'am Eden C. Battung, the Guidance Counselor designate with the support of the school administration headed by School Head Shirley D. Catubag.

Everyone is invited in the annual Brigada Eskwela scheduled on June 9-13,2025 at Dassun National High School in preparation for the opening of school classes on June 16, 2025 to ensure safe space learning environment for our learners.

Please be reminded to bring bolo, hard brooms and other cleaning materials.

Moreover, June 9-13, 2025 is enrolment period for learners, transferees and balik-aral. Just bring with you your documents and present it to the authorize enrolling personnel.
