TAMPOC-RICABIERTA, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, First Judicial Region, Urdaneta City, Pangasinan for the offense of 𝗙𝗔𝗟𝗦𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗩𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗗𝗢𝗖𝗨𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧(𝗦) (ARTICLE 172(2) OF THE RPC AS AMENDED BY R.A. 10951) IN RELATION TO SECTION 6 OF R.A. 10175 docketed under CRIM. CASE NO. U-32149 TO U-32324, U-32329 TO U-32383, U-32387 TO U-32436, U-32438 TO U-32473, U-32484 TO U-32503, U-32506 TO 32540, U-32542 TO U-32564 issued on September 14, 2026 with Php 72,000.00 each for 395 counts. Personnel from the Red Bank Control Point (RBCP) Mangatarem, under the supervision of PCPT CHRIS ESSON A SORIANO, ACC, conducted OPLAN BANDILLO in Barangay Poblacion, Mangatarem, Pangasinan. This public information drive aims to enhance community awareness on crime prevention and safety during the rainy season.
Crime Prevention Tips
Secure Your Home: Always lock all doors, windows, and perimeter gates, especially at night or when leaving the house unattended.
Property Illumination: Maintain adequate exterior lighting around entryways and yards to deter suspicious individuals.
Stay Vigilant & Report Activity: Report unusual behavior or unfamiliar individuals lurking in the neighborhood immediately to local barangay officials or the police station.
Protect Personal Belongings: Avoid displaying expensive jewelry, gadgets, or large amounts of cash in public places.
