When was the last time you say, "thank you"? Being thankful is doing God's will for it is a command from God. Being thankful in everything is different from being thankful for everything. It means that even in the midst of things that are unfavorable to you, you will still thank Him. If you don't feel good about the circumstances, you still have to thank Him because in the midst of these things He is always there for us. Regardless, of how difficult our circumstances may be, we can always find reasons to thank Him. Trials are His ways to draw us to Him and we should be thankful for these trials because they are permitted by God that we may be cleansed from earthliness, from selfishness and from harsh unchristlike traits of character.
