As part of the celebration of the National Standard's Week, DTI Cavite through its Consumer Protection Division mobilized monitoring teams across various cities and municipalities of Cavite to conduct Product Standards Monitoring. The main purpose of monitoring is to validate whether products under DTI mandatory certification offered for sale by business establishments have a valid Product Standard (PS) license/mark and Import Commodity Clearance (ICC) certificate/sticker.
Under DAO 02:2007, it is prohibited to sell, distribute or offer any product covered by Philippine Standard Certification Mark Schemes which does not conform to the required and applicable Philippine National Standards (PNS) quality or safety standards.

On October 1, 2025, the Department of Trade and Industry - Cavite celebrated the International Coffee Day by inviting colleagues and walk-in clients to enjoy free unlimited coffee throughout the day.
Visitors had the chance to taste different coffee blends, all while learning more about the province's coffee industry. The celebration offered more than just a great cup of coffee but also provided a valuable platform for local businesses to showcase their products, connect with the community, and promote the richness of Cavite’s local coffee.
Through this initiative, DTI Cavite emphasized its support for local enterprises, aimed to raise awareness of the province’s vibrant coffee culture and its potential in the wider market.

With the Department's unwavering commitment in protecting Consumers and informing the industry with regard to compliance to various Fair Trade Laws, DTI Cavite through its Consumer Protection Division (CPD) conducted the following activities:
A Two (2) day seminar with regard to quality management system implementation particularly ISO 9001:2015 and Internal Quality Audit on September 18 - 19, 2025 at Rhino Firebuster Supplier, Aguinaldo Highway, San Agustin 2, Dasmarinas City. The activity aims to orient participants in the reuirements of ISO 9001:2015 and conducting internal quality audit
Seminar on Bagwis Seal of Excellence Program, CARE System, Warranties & No Return No Exchange Policy on September 25, 2025 at Isuzu Bacoor Blvd., Bacoor, Cavite. The activity was conducted on a hybrid setup wherein aside from the Cavite branch, key personnel from other branches in Luzon and Visayas were given a chance to participate in the seminar
Through the above activities, DTI-Cavite was able to provide information that remind MSMEs of the need and commitment to produce quality products, deliver standard services, strengthen customer satisfaction and
ensure that provisions of existing fair trade laws are effectively and consistently complied.
