📋 SK AUDIT EXIT CONFERENCE | CY 2024–2025

The SK Federation of Daram successfully participated in the SK Audit Exit Conference for Calendar Years 2024–2025, together with the SK Presidents, Chairpersons, and Treasurers from the Municipalities of Daram, San Sebastian, Villareal, and Zumarraga, Samar.

Held on September 11, 2026, at the M Grand Royale Resort, Executive Heights, Brgy. Guinsorongan, Catbalogan City, Samar, the conference served as an important avenue to comprehensively discuss the audit observations, findings, and recommendations concerning the accounts, financial transactions, and operations of the 47 Sangguniang Kabataan across the four municipalities.

The SK Chairpersons and SK Treasurers from the concerned barangays of the Municipality of Daram were also present and actively participated in the discussions, demonstrating their commitment to responsible and accountable youth governance.

The activity underscored the vital importance of transparency, accountability, responsible financial management, and good governance in the implementation of SK programs and the proper management of public funds.

The SK Federation of Daram extends its sincere and heartfelt gratitude to the State Auditors of the Commission on Audit (COA), particularly Sir Jerome Briones, Ma’am Annelie Valentin, and their dedicated team, for their invaluable guidance, insights, and unwavering commitment to strengthening accountability and proper financial management among the Sangguniang Kabataan.

We likewise express our deepest appreciation to Hon. Engr. Arvin Dacut Jr., SK Federation President of Zumarraga, for graciously hosting and successfully organizing this meaningful and productive activity.

The SK Federation of Daram remains steadfast in its commitment to promoting transparent, accountable, and responsible youth leadership in service of the young people of Daram. 💚
