After five meaningful days of service, collaboration, and unwavering community spirit, Lacag National High School successfully concluded Brigada Eskwela 2026 through its Closing Program, celebrating the collective efforts of everyone who made this yearโs implementation a remarkable success. Guided by the theme, โBayanihan para sa Paaralan: Nagkakaisa para sa Kaayusan at Kaalaman,โ the school community once again demonstrated that lasting progress is achieved when everyone works together.
Before the closing program, SSLG officers, TUPAD beneficiaries, teachers, students, and other stakeholders continued the Brigada Eskwela spirit by participating in a final cleanup drive, painting, and beautification activities, ensuring that the school is fully prepared to welcome learners for the opening of classes. Nutritious snacks were also provided to volunteers as a token of appreciation for their hard work and dedication throughout the day.
One of the highlights of Day 5 was the visit of the Bureau of Fire Protection โ Daraga, which generously donated cleaning materials to support the schoolโs continuous maintenance efforts. Their valuable contribution reflects the importance of strong partnerships in creating a safe, clean, and learner-friendly environment.
The Closing Program formally commenced with the registration of participants, efficiently facilitated by the SSLG officers. This was followed by the singing of the National Anthem led by Sir Darwin M. Tolosa and an opening prayer led by Maโam Maricel M. Millena. The program was smoothly hosted by Sir John Lerry Magdaong, who served as the Master of Ceremonies.
A special part of the program was the awarding of certificates in recognition of the invaluable contributions of the Teacher Chairpersons, Teacher Committee Members, and Brigada Eskwela volunteers. The awarding was facilitated by Sir Kevin Mariรฑo and Maโam Janice Barrientos, honoring the dedication, commitment, and selfless service of every individual who helped make Brigada Eskwela 2026 a success.
To conclude the celebration on a lively and energetic note, the SSLG officers led a Wellness Dance, bringing together teachers, volunteers, and stakeholders in a fun activity that reflected the camaraderie and unity built throughout the week.
As Brigada Eskwela 2026 officially comes to a close, Lacag National High School extends its deepest gratitude to all volunteers, partner agencies, parents, students, teachers, alumni, TUPAD beneficiaries, SSLG officers, and community stakeholders who generously shared their time, resources, and talents. Your unwavering support transformed our school through the true spirit of bayanihan.
While the five-day activity has ended, our shared responsibility to nurture and care for our school continues. May the partnerships we have strengthened inspire even more individuals and organizations to join us in the years ahead. Together, let us continue building a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment where every learner has the opportunity to thrive.
Maraming salamat sa inyong lahat. Hanggang sa muli, Brigada Eskwela!
