The City Government of Dapitan hereby informs the public of the Proposed Schedule of Market Values (SMV) for all Real Property Units within the taxing jurisdiction of the City of Dapitan, in preparation for the 2027 General Revision of Property Assessments.
This posting is made pursuant to Section 15 of Republic Act No. 12001, otherwise known as the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RVARA), and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
In line with the commitment of the City Government to transparency, public awareness, and stakeholder participation in the property valuation process, the proposed Schedule of Market Values is being made available for public viewing starting March 10, 2026.
