FRC SA PSO ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE GIDAGSA SA MGA KATAWHAN NGA BUOT MAGPAREHISTRO ALANG SA NATIONAL ID

Midagsang ang katawhan nga buot magparehistro karong adlawa, Pebrero 17, 2025, sa Fixed Registration Center (FRC) sa National ID System aron mukuha sa ilang National ID. Nagsugod pa kini sa niaging semana tungod kay ang Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) nag-awhag sa mga benepisyaryo sa Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) nga magparehistro sa ilang demograpiko ug biometric nga impormasyon sa sa National ID System nga kaniadto giilang PhilSys o Philippine Identification System.

“Ang pagpahistro ug pag-ila sa National ID magsilbing katumbas sa pagtuman sa mga panimalay nga sakop sa 4Ps sa kondisyon nga Family Development Session (FDS),” matod ni 4Ps National Program Manager ug Direktor Gemma Gabuya. Sumala pa ni Direktor Gabuya, ang pagpatuman sa National ID registration ug authentication isip katumbas sa FDS gibase sa mando ni DSWD Secretary Rex Gatchalian aron mapadaghan ang gidaghanon sa mga panimalay nga sakop sa 4Ps nga adunay National ID, masiguro nga sila makapahimulos sa mas sayon nga sistema sa pag-ila.

Ang Provincial Statistical Office (PSO) sa Zamboanga del Norte nag-awhag sa tanan nga masabtan ang proseso sa pagpangrehistro ug mosunod sa mga lakang aron hapsay ug malinawon ang transaksyon.

𝐏𝐔𝐁𝐋𝐈𝐂 𝐀𝐃𝐕𝐈𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐘

The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) informs the public that National ID registration is now open to children below 1 year old.

We underscore that the parent or guardian must already be registered to the National ID system, as the child's National ID Number will be linked to their National ID Number.

If parents or guardians still need to register for the National ID, they may register together with their child in any PSA registration center and colocation sites.

The registered parent or guardian must accompany their child below 1 year old during registration and present any of the following supporting documents:

𝐚. Certificate of Live Birth issued by the PSA or the Local Civil Registry Office (LCRO).
𝐛. Report of Birth issued by the PSA or Philippine Foreign Service Post (PFSP).
𝐜. Certificate of Foundling issued by the PSA.
𝐝. Certificate of Foundling or Certificate of Live Birth or Persons with No Known Parent/s issued by the PSA.
𝐞. Municipal Form No. 102 issued by the Local Civil Registry Office.
𝐟. Philippine Passport or ePassport issued by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA).
𝐠. Any document showing the full name of the child, date and place of birth, the full name of the mother, and the full name of the father, if acknowledged.

Only the demographic information and front-facing photograph of the child shall be captured. The complete biometric information, including fingerprints, iris scan, and updated front-facing photograph, shall be collected when the child reaches the age of 5.
