The operation covered Barangay Oguis, Barangay Dungga, Barangay Cahumayan, Barangay Masaba, and Barangay Quisol, focusing on the clearing of road obstructions and ensuring that roadways remain accessible to motorists, pedestrians, and emergency response vehicles.

Maintaining clear and accessible roads is essential to public safety, particularly during emergencies. Unobstructed roadways allow fire trucks, ambulances, and other emergency response units to reach affected areas promptly and safely.

The activity also highlights the importance of inter-agency cooperation in maintaining order, promoting road safety, and ensuring that public spaces remain accessible to everyone.

The Bureau of Fire Protection Region 7, under the leadership of ๐…๐‚๐’๐”๐๐“ ๐‘๐Ž๐ƒ๐Ž๐‹๐…๐Ž ๐ ๐ƒ๐„๐๐€๐†๐€, ๐ƒ๐’๐‚, Regional Director, through the personnel of Danao City Fire Station led by ๐…๐‚๐ˆ๐๐’๐ ๐Œ๐€๐‘๐‹๐˜๐ ๐‘ ๐Œ๐€๐‚๐€๐“๐€๐๐†๐€๐˜, City Fire Marshal, conducted the first day of the Gaisano Capital Fire Brigade Training, focusing on Basic Life Support (BLS) and Standard First Aid (SFA).

The training provided participants with essential knowledge and practical skills in responding to medical emergencies, particularly in situations where immediate assistance is needed before the arrival of professional emergency responders.

During the BLS session, participants were introduced to the proper procedures for recognizing emergencies, performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and responding to life-threatening conditions. The Standard First Aid session further equipped the participants with basic techniques in providing immediate care for common injuries and medical emergencies.

Through this training, Gaisano Capital fire brigade members are being strengthened not only as workplace responders but also as capable first-line personnel who can provide immediate assistance during emergencies within their area of responsibility.

The activity highlights the importance of continuous training, preparedness, and teamwork in building a safer and more resilient workplace and community.
