Congrats Barangay Poblacion most especially to our dedicated lupon members and lupon officials for making it to the provincial level as provincial finalist for the third time.

Facts about LTIA AWARDING
** All Lupong Tagapamayapa nationwide are eligible to participate in the annual award; (this means that all lupons in each Barangay are invited to join)
** All the lupons are evaluated based on the following criteria :

1.Efficiency in operation (35points)
2.Effectiveness in securing the settlement of the interpersonal dispute objective of the Katarungang Pambarangay (30points)
3.Creativity and resourcefulness of the Lupong Tagapamayapa (25points)
4.Area or facility for KP activities (5points)
5.Financial or Non-financial support (5points)

**Financial or Non-financial support is included in the LTIA criteria because of the fact that the lupon members have NO salaries but only receive minimal allowances and incentives from Barangay , City Government and Provincial Government for their voluntary services in the Barangay.
