To avail of the monthly free medicines, kindly present the following ๐ซ๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:

โœ… Prescription from a licensed Medical Doctor or an endorsement from your assigned Barangay Midwife

โœ… Valid Senior Citizen ID

๐Ÿ“ ๐ƒ๐ข๐ฌ๐ฉ๐ž๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐•๐ž๐ง๐ฎ๐ž: MSWDO Office, 1st Floor, 5-Storey Building, Poblacion, Damulog, Bukidnon

๐Ÿ’Š Medicines will be provided on a monthly basis, subject to the availability of stocks and based on the prescribed medication.

๐Ÿ“Œ Available medicines as of today are posted below. Please refer to the attached list for the current inventory.
1. Simbastatin (Diastatin) 20mg
2. Losartan 50mg
3. Metoprolol tartrate 50mg
4. Captropil 25mg
5. Metformin Hydrochloride 500mg
