A safe community starts with informed adults and empowered children. As we observe National Child Sexual Abuse Awareness Week, we reaffirm our commitment to protect, educate, and advocate for every child.

ONE CITY. ONE STAND. NO CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE!

As we observe the 30th National Awareness Week for the Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation, the City Government of Dagupan renews its firm commitment to defend every child from abuse, exploitation, bullying, trafficking, and all forms of violence.

We refuse to stay silent. Through strong partnerships with PNP Dagupan, DepEd Dagupan, Maaron Ina, Solo Parents, KATROPA, Teen Center personnel, the Anti-VAWC Desk, CSWDO, we continue to educate our children about good touch and bad touch, create safe spaces in schools and communities, and ensure that help is immediate and accessible to every family.

This Photography Workshop supports SDG 4: Quality Education and youth skills development.

Thank you to our resource speaker, international photographer and outstanding Dagupeño Awardee, Jessie Aquino and to Councilor Danee Canto and Councilor Tala Paras for sharing inspiring words to our aspiring photojournalists .
