| An open invitation to all private Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) service providers in the City of Dagupan.

Understand the process of registering your child development center in compliance with Republic Act 12199 or the "ECCD Systems Act". An orientation activity on the registration of Child Development Centers for operators, administrators, or owners of private institutions offering ECCD services (play class, nursery classes, or kindergarten) for children aged below 5 years old is scheduled on May 29, 2026, Friday, at the Teen Center, Bonifacio St., Dagupan City.
