By express authority provided under Office of the President EO No. 66, series of 2012, I, Mayor Belen Fernandez, hereby declare the SUSPENSION OF CLASSES IN ALL LEVELS within the territorial jurisdiction of the City of Dagupan tomorrow, August 15, 2016 due to the continuing rainfall warning from PAGASA and flooding in some areas.
