I am incredibly humbled and honored to be recognized as one of the Outstanding Alumni during the 8th Pangasinan Universal Institute (PUI) Grand Alumni Homecoming.

Lubos po ang aking pasasalamat sa pamunuan ng ating mahal na paaralan sa karangalang ito. This institution played a vital role in molding my character and instilling in me the values of integrity, discipline, and compassion which I carry in my public service today.

Hindi ko po mararating ang tagumpay na ito kung wala ang suporta, pagmamahal, at tiwala ng aking pamilya at ng mga taong naging bahagi ng aking paglalakbay.

I share this award with everyone who continues to walk with me in our mission to serve our community with sincerity and heart.

There is no greater gift this Holiday Season than the warmth of a family united in faith.

Spending time with my children and grandchildren is my favorite part of Christmas.

We offered our Mass for all of you … for the safety, health, and prosperity of every Dagupeño family.

The true spirit of Christmas isn’t in the gifts under the tree, but in the love within our hearts and the faith that keeps us strong.

From my family to yours, may your homes be filled with the same peace and joy that only Christ can bring.

Last week, we celebrated in Alaminos, and yesterday, the festivities continue here at the opening of Jollibee San Fabian.

This milestone is made possible through the hard work and dedication of my children, former Mayor Brian Lim and former City Councilor Irene Lim-Acosta.

I am so proud of them for bringing the langhap-sarap joy to the people of San Fabian in time for the holiday season.

Maraming salamat din po to Mayor Marlyn Agbayani, Vice Mayor Constante Agbayani, and the Sangguniang Bayanfor embracing us as part of your community.

I am incredibly proud of my son, former Mayor Brian Lim, for his vision and hard work in making this possible.

We also extend our sincere gratitude to Alaminos City Mayor Arth Bryan Celeste for gracing our opening and to the LGU for the warm welcome.

𝟯𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱. 𝟲𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲. 𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁.

Today, we gathered to celebrate the 60th Birthday and 35th Sacerdotal Anniversary of Msgr. Manuel Bravo.

It was a privilege to witness this milestone and attend the Thanksgiving Mass presided by Archbishop Socrates Villegas.

Thank you, Monsi, for 35 years of saying "Yes" to the Lord and for being a shepherd to us, Dagupeños. May God grant you more years of health, wisdom, and joy as you continue to serve His people.

Happy 90th Anniversary to the Office of the Vice President!

We are grateful to VP Sara Duterte that you chose Dagupan City to be an instrument in bringing the government closer to the people.

Isang karangalan din po na maging bahagi ng pagdiriwang na ito na dinaluhan nina former Presidents Joseph “Erap” Estrada and now Congresswoman Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, and Undersecretary Zuleika Lopez.

I was with our young leaders … former Mayor Brian Lim, former Councilor JB Acsosta, and Tope Lim-Chua to celebrate this milestone.

We thank the OVP Team in Dagupan for taking care of our kababayans’ needs.
