Sa isang makabuluhang hakbang para sa serbisyong panlipunan, pinagtibay ng Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) ng Carael sa pamumuno ni SK Chairman John Patrick D. De Vera, Passionate, Altruistic, and Trustworthy Youth Volunteers Organization of Carael (PATYVOC) sa pamumuno ni Ms. Stephanie E. Bautista at Caring for the Children and Youth Society Inc. sa pamumuno ni Punong Barangay Pheng S. Delos Santos ang kanilang Memorandum of Agreement ngayong umaga, June 12, 2026 na naglalayong palakasin ang tuloy-tuloy na suporta sa mga batang nasa pangangailangan.

Matapos ang MOA signing, agad nagtungo ang mga opisyales sa Sitio Talaib West at nagsagawa ng pamimigay ng 60 food packs at pares ng tsinelas para sa mga bata. Tinukoy ng mga opisyal ang aktibidad bilang simula ng mas malawak na kooperasyon na magtutuon sa kapakanan ng kabataan, pagpapalaganap ng volunteerism, at pagpapaigting ng lokal na kapasidad sa pagtugon sa krisis.

In a ceremony held today, June 12, 2026—coinciding with National Independence Day—the Sangguniang Kabataan of Carael led by SK Chairman John Patrick De Vera and the Passionate, Altruistic, and Trustworthy Youth Volunteers Organization of Carael (PATYVOC) headed by Ms. Stephanie E. Bautista, signed a memorandum of agreement with the Caring for the Children and Youth Society Incorporated founded by Barangay Captain Filipina S. Delos Santos of Brgy. Malued to jointly distribute food packs and slippers to young children in Brgy. Carael.

The agreement formalizes roles for beneficiary identification, logistics, and monitoring to ensure transparent and equitable aid delivery, while organizers highlighted the symbolic significance of launching the program on a day that honors national freedom. CARAEL — The Office of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Carael organized a Leadership Training and Team Building activity for newly elected Passionate, Altruistic, and Trustworthy Youth Volunteers Organization of Carael (PATYVOC) Officials, bringing together the communities’ passionate, altruistic, and trustworthy youth volunteers for a focused day of capacity building.

SK Member Mhelvin P. Andir opened the program with a presentation on the “Personality Trait Theory,” guiding participants to recognize how individual traits influence leadership styles and team dynamics.

SK Chairman John Patrick D. De Vera followed with a session on “Effective Leadership,” outlining practical approaches to vision-setting, ethical decision-making, and servant leadership tailored to local youth governance.

Adviser Mr. Clinton Jhon A. De Vera concluded with a workshop on “Conflict Management,” demonstrating mediation techniques and communication strategies to resolve disputes and maintain organizational cohesion and immediately followed by a team-building activity.

Ang buong Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) ng Carael sa pamumuno ni SK Chairman John Patrick D. De Vera ay lubos na ipinapakilala na si Logie Dan R. Coronia, isa sa pinakamagagaling na manlalaro ng volleyball ng Elementary Boys ng Carael, ay pinili upang kumatawan sa Region I; sa kabila ng kanyang kabataan, ipinakita niya ang disiplina, determinasyon, at husay na naging susi sa kanyang tagumpay at naging inspirasyon sa buong Carael Youth.
