Joined the AFP OJ9 Delegation as President and member of the Board of Trustees of the Association of Reservists and Reserve Administrators, Inc (ARRAPI) to Guam to commemorate the 25th year of the State Partnership Program (SPP) between Guam and the Philippines.

The Guam-Philippine State Partnership Program (SPP) is a collaborative initiative that aims to strengthen the partnership between Guam and the Philippines through military, governmental, and community engagement. It is part of the larger Department of Defense (DoD) State Partnership Program, which pairs U.S. states with international allies to promote mutual security, disaster response, and cultural understanding.
