With the retirement of Boy Scouts of the Philippines Secretary General Rogelio S. Villa Jr., the National Executive Board of the BSP has appointed Mr. Diosdado M. San Antonio as Officer-in-Charge of the Office of the Secretary General until such time that a Secretary General shall have been appointed.

OIC Diosdado is concurrently a Regular Member of the National Executive Board, where he also serves as Chairman of Operations Committee. He is active in Scouting and has attended several Scouting activities.

To all Adult Leaders of Dagupan City Council, we are pleased to announce that the BSP-Ilocos Region will conduct the Tide Turner Plastic Challenge Webinar.

The webinar will be conducted on 16-18 February 2021 from 14:00 hrs to 16:30 hrs in the afternoon.

Participants of the webinar must meet the following basic requirements:
1. Have attented at least Basic Training Course (BTC)
2. A currently registered Adult Leader
