𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 ││ On 12 September 2026, the 501st Community Defense Center held the Donning of Ranks Ceremony, recognizing the dedication, service, and continued commitment of personnel entrusted with greater responsibilities through promotion.

The donning of ranks symbolizes more than a change in insignia; it represents greater responsibility, renewed commitment, and a higher standard of leadership and service. Each newly donned rank carries the organization's trust and confidence, along with the duty to lead by example.

Nakilahok ang 501st Community Defense Center (501st CDC), sa isinagawang 3rd Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) noong 10 Setyembre 2026 sa Daet, Camarines Norte.

Sa ilalim ng paggabay ni 𝐌𝐀𝐉 𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐂 𝐋 𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐄𝐕𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐎 (𝐎𝐒) 𝐏𝐀, 𝐂𝐃𝐂 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫, nakipagtulungan ang mga tauhan ng 501st CDC sa iba’t ibang organisasyon at mga katuwang na grupo bilang bahagi ng sama-samang pagsisikap na mapalakas ang kahandaan ng komunidad sa panahon ng lindol at iba pang kalamidad.

Isinagawa ang drill upang maisabuhay ang wastong pamamaraan ng pagtugon sa lindol, mapataas ang kamalayan ng publiko, at mapalakas ang koordinasyon at pagtutulungan ng mga ahensya, organisasyon, at komunidad sa oras ng sakuna.
Ang pakikilahok ng 501st CDC ay bahagi ng patuloy nitong suporta sa mga programang naglalayong palakasin ang disaster preparedness, community resilience, at kahandaan sa paglilingkod sa publiko.

Dumalo ang mga reservist ng 501st Community Defense Center (501st CDC) sa isinagawang orientasyon noong 11 September 2026 para sa NC II Driving Training Program sa Innotech Career and Development Center, Inc. sa NIA Road, Brgy. Gahonon, Daet, Camarines Norte.

Pinangunahan ni 𝐌𝐬. 𝐌𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐥𝐲𝐧 𝐏. 𝐑𝐚𝐛𝐞𝐣𝐞 ang orientasyon upang ipabatid sa mga reservist-trainee ang mahahalagang impormasyon hinggil sa pagpapatupad ng pagsasanay, kabilang ang iskedyul, mga kinakailangan, at pagsisimula ng klase. Binigyang-diin din sa naturang aktibidad ang kahalagahan ng pagkumpleto sa itinakdang panahon ng pagsasanay at pagsunod sa mga kinakailangan ng programa.

Layunin ng programa na mapaunlad ang mga kasanayan at kakayahan ng mga reservist sa pamamagitan ng pagsasanay na maaaring makatulong sa kanilang personal na pag-unlad at kahandaan sa paglilingkod sa komunidad.

The 501st Community Defense Center (501 CDC) joined the residents of Barangay Alawihao, Daet, Camarines Norte as honored guests and active participants in their vibrant Purok Fiesta Parade on September 3, 2026.

Official attendance by 501 CDC representatives followed a formal invitation from 𝘑𝘦𝘳𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘗. 𝘔𝘢𝘫𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘰, 𝘖𝘐𝘊-𝘉𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘢𝘺 𝘒𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘗𝘶𝘳𝘰𝘬 6, which was subsequently approved and supervised by 𝐌𝐀𝐉 𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐂 𝐋 𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐄𝐕𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐎 (𝐎𝐒) 𝐏𝐀, 𝐂𝐃𝐂 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫, for the unit's deployment to support the local neighborhood celebration.

Following the parade, 501 CDC personnel conducted an information drive on-site, distributing recruitment flyers to aspiring community members interested in joining the Basic Citizen Military Training (BCMT) program to serve as Philippine Army reservists.

This initiative was conducted under the supervision of 𝘔𝘈𝘑 𝘌𝘙𝘐𝘊 𝘓 𝘌𝘚𝘛𝘙𝘌𝘝𝘐𝘓𝘓𝘖 (𝘖𝘚) 𝘗𝘈, 𝘊𝘋𝘊 𝘋𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘰𝘳 in line with the DND Gender and Development (GAD). It also supports the National Action Plan on Women, Peace, and Security (NAPWPS) and the Men Opposed to Violence Against Women Everywhere (MOVE) movement.

𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 | | 𝟓𝟎𝟏𝐑𝐑𝐈𝐁𝐧 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝟏𝟐𝟔𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐞

The 501st Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion (501RRIBn) actively participated in the parade marking the opening of the 𝟭𝟮𝟲𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 (PCSA) on September 1, 2026, held at the Provincial Capitol Grounds in Daet, Camarines Norte.

Anchored on this year’s theme, “𝘽𝙖𝙬𝙖𝙩 𝙆𝙖𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙞, 𝙇𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙠𝙤𝙙 𝘽𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙣𝙞: 𝙋𝙪𝙨𝙤, 𝘿𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙡, 𝙖𝙩 𝙂𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙖 𝙨𝙖 𝘽𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙣,” the event brought together uniformed personnel from various law enforcement and military branches, along with different national government agencies (NGAs) across the province.

The grand parade was graced by key provincial officials and civil service leaders, including 𝘎𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘰𝘳 𝘙𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘵𝘦 "𝘋𝘰𝘯𝘨" 𝘙. 𝘗𝘢𝘥𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘢, 𝘝𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘎𝘰𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘰𝘳 𝘌𝘯𝘨𝘳. 𝘑𝘰𝘴𝘦𝘱𝘩 𝘝. 𝘈𝘴𝘤𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘢, 𝘳𝘦𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘴 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘊𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘭 𝘚𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯 (𝘊𝘚𝘊), 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘦𝘮𝘣𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘊𝘢𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘦𝘴 𝘕𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘦 𝘏𝘶𝘮𝘢𝘯 𝘙𝘦𝘴𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘤𝘦 𝘔𝘢𝘯𝘢𝘨𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘗𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘐𝘯𝘤. (𝘊𝘕𝘏𝘙𝘔𝘗𝘴). The activity showed that public servants and the defense forces are committed to promoting integrity, excellence, and dedicated public service.

g. AFSAT Result, Board Certificate, Board Rating and PRC ID to those licensed Criminologist and should be authenticated by PRC;
h. Diploma of Advance ROTC (Authenticated by the S1, RCDG) POTC Certificate, Order of Merits and Declaration of Graduates (Authenticated by Adjutant or RTS);
i. Physical and Medical Examination Report (Original Copy);
j. Drug Test Result (Accredited Drug Testing Centers by the DOH); and
k. Command Clearance (Original Copy)

MCROTCU Conducts 1st Training Day for SY 2026–2027

The Mabini Colleges ROTC Unit (MCROTCU) successfully conducted its 1st Training Day for the 1st Semester of Academic Year 2026–2027 at Camp Col. Francisco “Turko” D. Boayes, Brgy. Bagasbas, Daet, Camarines Norte.

The training focused on Basic Commands, where cadets practiced proper responses, movements, coordination, and discipline under the guidance of their respective officers and training staff.

They also underwent an evaluation to assess their proficiency, discipline, coordination, and responsiveness in executing basic commands by platoon.

The activity marked the beginning of another ROTC journey focused on discipline, teamwork, confidence, leadership, and service to the community and country.
