The first-ever Camarines Norte Provincial Creative and Tourism Business Summit 2025 successfully took place at the CNSC Covered Court, Daet, marking a major milestone as the first summit of its kind in the Bicol Region!

With the theme โ€œInnovating Heritage: Empowering Camarines Norte's Creative and Tourism Industries for Sustainable Growth,โ€ the event brought together local creatives, entrepreneurs, tourism advocates, and industry leaders to celebrate innovation, collaboration, and culture.

From dazzling showcases to captivating cultural performances, the event highlighted the artistry, talent, and unity of every Cam Norteรฑo.

The Philippine Statistics Quiz (PSQ) is an annual nationwide competition launched in 1992, aimed at assessing the statistical skills and knowledge of students across the country. It is a joint initiative of the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) and the Philippine Statistical Association, Inc. (PSAI). This year, in celebration of the 36th National Statistics Month, the Provincial Elimination of the PSQ held on October 17, 2025, at SM City Daet, through the efforts of the Provincial Planning and Development Office (PPDO) of Camarines Norte and PSA Camarines Norte.

The PSQ seeks to identify and develop young statistical talents, promote the use of statistics in evidence-based decision-making, and enhance public awareness and appreciation of the importance of statistics in national development. Letโ€™s support our young minds as they showcase their skills and love for statistics!

In celebration of the 36th National Statistics Month this October 2025, the Provincial Government of Camarines Norte, in partnership with SM City Daet, officially opened a Statistical Exhibit on October 13 at the 3rd Floor of SM City Daet.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony was led by Acting Governor Engr. Joseph V. Ascutia, joined by PSA Camarines Norte OIC Ms. Janice E. Espiritu, department heads, and staff from the Provincial Planning and Development Office (PPDO) led by EnP. Teodoro L. Licarte.
