Seleng ||

Earlier today, the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (MDRRMC) of Cuyo successfully convened a Special Meeting presided over by Municipal Mayor Andrew L. Ong to address urgent logistical concerns for the immediate delivery of assistance to affected communities.

Among the matters discussed were the provision of transportation for the delivery of Shelter Repair Kits requested by the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO) for affected families, and the transportation of materials for the repair of damaged bancas as requested by the Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO) to support affected fisherfolk.

The meeting served as a venue for coordination, planning, and collective decision-making among concerned offices to ensure the timely and efficient implementation of recovery and assistance efforts.

The Local Government Unit of Cuyo remains committed to providing responsive, coordinated, and people-centered services, especially during times of need.

Buong pagmamalaking ipinapaabot ng Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Cuyo ang pagsuporta kay Miss Fatima Dalingding Sayad, ang kinatawan ng bayan ng Cuyo para sa Mutya ng Palawan 2026.

Ngayong Hunyo 1, 2026, matagumpay na sumailalim si Fatima sa opisyal na pagsukat ng taas sa Provincial Health Office (PHO) at nakapasa sa itinakdang height requirement ng kompetisyon.

Buong puso at pagkakaisa siyang sinusuportahan ng buong mamamayan ng Cuyo sa kanyang paglalakbay tungo sa isa sa pinakamalaking patimpalak ng kagandahan sa lalawigan. Seleng || Full Local Development Council Meeting Successfully Conducted

The Local Government Unit of Cuyo successfully conducted the Full Local Development Council (LDC) Meeting today, May 25, 2026, at the Municipal Function Hall, Barangay Lungsod, Cuyo, Palawan.

During the meeting, key development plans, programs, and investment priorities of the municipality were discussed, including the presentation of the 20% Development Fund (DF) Utilization Report, physical accomplishments of development projects, prioritization of the FY 2027 Development Fund, and the approval and endorsement of the Local Development Investment Program (LDIP) 2027–2029 and Annual Investment Program (AIP) 2027.

The activity highlights the commitment of the Local Government Unit of Cuyo towards transparent, participatory, and sustainable local governance for the continuous development of the municipality.

The LGU extends its sincere appreciation to all members of the council and stakeholders for their active participation and unwavering support in this important undertaking.

The ceremony highlighted unity, patriotism, and the continued commitment of the local government in serving the people of Cuyo while proudly supporting the municipality’s representative in the prestigious provincial pageant.

Matagumpay na isinagawa sa Municipal Function Hall ng Cuyo ang eLGU System Deployment: Admin Training and System Setup na nilahukan ng mga kinatawan mula sa mga Local Government Unit ng Cuyo, Agutaya, at Magsaysay.

Layunin ng aktibidad na mapalakas ang kakayahan ng mga kawani ng LGU sa wastong pangangasiwa at implementasyon ng iba’t ibang digital systems upang higit pang mapabuti ang paghahatid ng serbisyo publiko at maisulong ang mahusay na digital governance.
