𝐎𝐒𝐘 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆

𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚. This is to ensure that all Programs, Projects, and Activities, or simple decisions of our Public Servants are aligned with the 'true' needs of their constituents. With this, the Local Youth Development Office presents the Sangguniang Kabataan Councils with Updated Out-of-School Youth (OSY) Profiling.

1. SK Council of Calancuasan Sur through the leadership of SK Chair Jomar L. Derije
2. SK Council of Paitan Norte through the leadership of SK Chair Randy Manlansing
3. SK Council of Santa Clara through the leadership of SK Chair Keith Cabiles

NakapagSubmit ba si SK ng kanyang M&E sa SK Web Portal?

The National Youth Commission mandates the Local Youth Development Office and the Sangguniang Kabataan to annually encode their M&E at the SK Web Portal, this is to ensure that the Sangguniang Kabataan and LYDO are faithfully implementing their plans and properly spending their budgets.

𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐃 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐃𝐔𝐋𝐘 𝐑𝐄𝐕𝐈𝐄𝐖𝐄𝐃 𝐍𝐀 𝐁𝐀 𝐀𝐍𝐆 𝐁𝐔𝐃𝐆𝐄𝐓 𝐍𝐈 𝐒𝐊?

𝐀𝐲𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐚 𝐃𝐁𝐌-𝐃𝐈𝐋𝐆-𝐍𝐘𝐂 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐦 𝐂𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐍𝐨. 𝟏, 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, ang Barangay at Sangguniang Kabataan ay magkasabay sa pagpaplano at pag aayos ng kani-kanilang mga Budget para sa susunod na Fiscal Year.

TIMELINE:

𝐎𝐧 𝐨𝐫 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟓: The Barangay Treasurer will inform, in writing, the SK Chair or SK Treas the estimated 10% of the general fund of the Barangay.

𝐀𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟓: The SK Chair may proceed with the preparation of the budget (even without notice by the Barangay Treasurer)

𝐎𝐧 𝐨𝐫 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟔: The SK Chair must submit the proposed Annual Budget to the SK Members for approval through an SK Resolution

𝐖𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐞𝐧 (𝟏𝟎) 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐮𝐩𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐥, the SK Secretary must submit the same for Budget Review by the Sangguniang Panglungsod/Bayan.

Here are the following Sangguniang Kabataan Councils who were able to submit Budget Documents for initial review of the Local Youth Development Office and those who are given the needed Certificate of Review for endorsement.

To properly monitor the Accomplishments of the Sangguniang Kabataan, the National Youth Commission mandates the LYDO and SKs to submit/encode their Annual Accomplishments at the SK Web Portal. Please note that the Portal only requires encoding of Accomplishments; no MOVs are required for upload.
