Pursuant to Section 15 of Republic Act No. 12001, otherwise known as the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA), the Provincial Assessor’s Office of the Province of Ilocos Norte will conduct a Public Consultation on the Proposed Schedule of Market Values (SMV).

The public consultation is scheduled to commence on July 1, 2026, as part of the Province’s continuing efforts to promote transparency, accountability, and stakeholder participation in the updating and revision of real property market values.

Further details regarding the venue and exact schedule (time) of the Public Consultation will be announced prior to its conduct.

REAL PROPERTY TAX AMNESTY

Section 30 of RA 12001 (Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act) granted a real property tax amnesty which shall cover penalties, surcharges, and interests from all unpaid real property taxes prior to the effectivity of this act.

• NO SURCHARGES
• NO INTERESTS

𝗣𝗮𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗶𝘁𝘆:
A one-time or installment payment option is available until July 5, 2026.

This amnesty shall NOT apply to the following real properties:

a. Properties that have been disposed of through public auction to satisfy real property tax delinquencies.
b. Properties with tax delinquencies currently being settled under a compromise agreement.
c. Properties that are the subject of pending court cases related to real property tax delinquencies.
