Pursuant to Section 15 of Republic Act No. 12001, otherwise known as the Real Property Valuation and Reform Act (RPVARA), the Provincial Assessor’s Office of the Province of Ilocos Norte will conduct a Public Consultation on the Proposed Schedule of Market Values (SMV).

The consultation is scheduled on April 8 and April 13, 2026, at 8:00 AM, to be held at Robinsons Place Ilocos Norte, Annex Floor. This activity aims to promote transparency, ensure inclusivity, and encourage stakeholder participation in the updating and revision of property market values throughout the province.
