𝗗𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗸𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗻 𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗨𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲

Due to global conflicts and the emerging energy crisis, the Local Government Unit has suspended major festival events for 2026, including the Miss Currimao Pageant and the Dinaklisan Street Dance and Showdown, which require extensive preparation and high resource use.

Limited activities will continue: the Tuno Festival on April 30 and the Mass and Fluvial Parade on May 1 in honor of our Patron Saint, Nuestra Señora de la Paz y Buen Viaje.

We thank our kailians for their understanding as we prioritize safety and responsible resource use.

As part of the celebration of the 105th Founding Anniversary of the Municipality of Currimao, a tree-planting and coastal clean-up activity was held along the renowned coral rock formations.
