HUWAG UGALIIN ANG PAGPAPARINIG SA PAGHINGI NG HADIYA (regalo)

Ayon sa mga pantas;
Anumang hadiya na inalok ng isang tao na hindi bukal sa kanyang kalooban o nang dahil siya ay nahihiya sa kanyang pagbibigyan ay hindi ito maaaring tanggapin.

Sinabi ng Propeta ‎ﷺ:
"أَلَا لا يَحِلُّ مالُ امرِىءٍ إلا بِطِيبِ نفسٍ منه" أخرجه أحمد بسند صحيح
“Hindi pinapahintulutan (na kunin o tanggapin) ang pagmamay-ari ng isang tao maliban sa bukal sa kanyang kalooban”.

Mayroong kasabihan:
"ما أُخذ بسيف الحياء فهو حرام"
“Anumang tinanggap (na regalo) buhat sa hiya, ay ipinagbabawal tanggapin”.

Ayon kay Ibn Taymiyyah -rahimahullah-
"أن الإنسان إذا كان سائلا بلسانه، أو مشرفا إلى ما يعطاه، فلا ينبغي أن يقبله" انتهى من "مجموع الفتاوى" (25 / 94 - 95). (مع تصرف يسير)

“Kapag ang tao ay humihingi (ng regalo), o naghahangad na makatanggap nito; ay hindi niya ito maaaring tanggapin”.

Kaya, huwag i-normalize ang ugaling pagpaparinig sa iba o paghangad kung ano ang mayroon sa iba. Pangalagaan ang iyong DANGAL, at pairalin ang iyong HIYA. Kung mayroon mang namigay nang kusa at bukal sa kanilang kalooban ay maaari itong tanggapin. والله أعلم
