More than a review of accomplishments and challenges, the Strategic Plan Review and Assessment provided an opportunity for offices to reaffirm their commitments and align their efforts with the Office of the Chief Minister's vision.

In his message, Shiek Arsad A. Abdulrahman SCL, Director III of the Shari'ah Public Assistance Office (SPAO), expressed the Office's commitment to uphold the principles of moral governance by delivering free, culturally sensitive, and Sharia-granted legal aid to indigent Bangsamoro litigants.

Through continuous evaluation and systematic data-driven monitoring, SPAO also reaffirmed its commitment to optimize resources, strengthen bureaucratic capabilities, and remain a beacon of hope, fairness, and transparency in the Bangsamoro homeland.
