ASDS Celetaria leads OPCRF, IPCRF validation

Dr. Julius D. Celetaria, CESE, Assistant Schools Division Superintendent, visited Greenfield National High School earlier today to lead the validation and approval of the Office Performance Commitment and Review Form (OPCRF) of school heads and the Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF) of Master Teachers from schools across Arakan municipality.

Dr. Lucia Q. Lampon, EPS, a former GNHS teacher, and Dr. Jazze J. Sibonga, EPS, both equipped with expertise in assessing employee and organizational performance, assisted ASDS Celetaria.

The activity focused on reviewing performance commitments, accomplishments, and supporting documents to ensure alignment with the standards and targets set by the Department of Education.

“That’s not necessary anymore. As long as my full name is there, that is already okay,” Celetaria quipped when informed that the Performance Monitoring and Evaluation (PMES) tools do not provide slots for the inclusion of “Dr.” and “CESE” after his name.

Nearly 70 repository folders, along with the OPCRF and IPCRF, were validated and approved.

Francisco R. Adenic,Jr., Arakan East Public Schools District Supervisor, and Benito T. Bagayas, P-II, spearheaded the flow of the
validation process.

Growing stronger together for a greener and safer learning environment! 🌳✨

Through the united efforts of the Barangay Local Government Unit of Barangay Greenfield (BLGU) and Greenfield National High School, the tree pruning activity became more than just campus maintenance — it became a symbol of teamwork, responsibility, and care for the future.

By ensuring the safety of students and preserving the beauty of the school surroundings, this partnership proves that when the community and the school work hand in hand, positive change truly flourishes.

Together, we don’t just trim branches — we nurture a better environment where learning, growth, and unity can thrive. 💚🌿
