Ito ay gaganapin sa 𝐠𝐚𝐛𝐢 𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟏𝟔 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐰 𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟏𝟕, kasabay ng ika-27 na gabi ng Ramadhan. Magsisimula ang programa 𝟖:𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐌 (pagkatapos ng Taraweeh) sa 𝐔𝐁𝐉𝐏 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬, 𝐓𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐚 𝟏, 𝐂𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐨 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲.

CAMP DARAPANAN —— Moro Islamic Liberation Front (M**F) Central Committee Chairman, and United Bangsamoro Justice Party (UBJP) President Al Haj Murad Ebrahim affirms full support for President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.’s commitment to hold the first Bangsamoro Parliamentary Elections on October 13, 2025, calling it a historic milestone for peace, democracy, and the aspirations of the Bangsamoro people.

“The Moro Islamic Liberation Front (M**F) welcomes the recent pronouncement of President Ferdinand R. Marcos, Jr. affirming his commitment to give utmost focus and priority to the conduct of the first Bangsamoro Parliamentary Elections on October 13, 2025. Coming from no less than the highest official of the land, the President’s clear and unequivocal statement should put to rest all speculations of another extension or postponement, and instead rally all stakeholders to work towards ensuring a free, fair, and credible election worthy of the aspirations of the Bangsamoro people.

We express our deep gratitude to the President for underscoring the vital importance of this historic parliamentary election to the overall success of the Bangsamoro peace process. Rest assured Mr. President, that the M**F remains committed and duty-bound to implement and deliver what we have committed under the Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro.

After six years of transition, this election will mark the official close of a pivotal chapter and the beginning of a new era with the assumption of democratically elected Members of the Bangsamoro Parliament. Let this election be a historical event where the Bangsamoro people freely choose their leaders, unbound by any dictate or influence by external actors.

From bullets to ballots, the M**F, through the United Bangsamoro Justice Party, is poised to demonstrate its political maturity and readiness to submit itself to the will of the people in a clean, fair, peaceful and credible elections.

We place our full trust and confidence in the National Government and the Commission on Elections, knowing they are working tirelessly and with unwavering dedication to ensure the resounding success of the first Bangsamoro Parliamentary Elections. Every Bangsamoro voter, regional political party, sectoral organization, and district candidate must be fully informed of the new rules, procedures, and manner of elections so that this historic democratic exercise is carried out with clarity and integrity.
